Compensation
- Base Salary of $ 2,500
- 50 BPS for all Programs, AIM, TARGET and ALT-A (no
payment on seconds)
- 5 BPS additional if loans are Underwritten and
submitted through AAMESDIRECT.COM
Commissions for all production for a total of 55 BPS
- Super Star Bonuses of up to $ 30,000
- Expense Account of $ 400.00
- No Caps
- No dings for Pricing Exceptions
- No "Qualitative" dings
- Benefits and 401K start after 90 days

- Current Average production per AE (8/02) 16 units

- Target levels of production. Each AE will be
different based on personalized goals
